The vellum app is designed to help you monitor your own physical and emotional state and build positive relationships with your colleagues by encouraging conversations about stress, anxiety, grief, healing, balance, and related subjects. You may find the use of this app and the conversations it prompts useful as a personal means to better mental health in general or as a complement to mental health treatment.  


However, at no time should use of the vellum app be substituted for professional mental health or medical treatment. You should always seek the attention of a licensed medical professional for any concerns.
